Delaware County Community Partnership (DCCP) is a community-focused nonprofit dedicated to strengthening individuals, families, and communities throughout Delaware County. We work alongside families, youth, schools, community organizations, and local partners to provide prevention education, connect people with resources, and create opportunities for growth and positive change. Through programs such as youth development, mentoring, substance abuse prevention, agriculture and community projects, and our Family Resource Center, DCCP meets people where they are and helps build stronger, healthier communities. Our goal is simple: to connect people, create opportunities, and strengthen the community we call home.
